Nice albums! I want to add Keane’s Under the iron sea album. If you’re a fan of album art you can check this site, they have albums designed by great artist.

  • Harlah Zuum

I routinely find album art to be of very high quality, all the more impressive when you think that the majority of the work must’ve gone into the music. These are some great examples.

Just goes to show that there is something to be said for creating a total package even in this day in age when album art is much less in the public eye because of digital formats.

I think often times the art that is created for albums is just as much for the artists as it is for the fans. Allowing them to put a visual representation to there musical work.

  • Cassy

This album art is amazing!! Thank you so much for posting it. I think album art is definitely better than just the artist’s face.

  • Koert D. Dam

Album cover says much about the music as well as the artist himself. I appreciate those artists who have given much attention and detail to make the cover very artistic and appealing. Thanks.

  • Lasse Kjaer

These are very nice covers and quite creative. The Pure Saturday one is my favorite. It looks very much like the cover of those lovely picture books my mom used to read to me when I was a kid.

For music albums, though, I personally prefer seeing the singers’ faces on the covers. Maybe the creative pictures could have been a backdrop? But that’s just me.

  • Michael Sakai

Disturbed, Asking Alexandria (Reckless and Relentless) and Hollywood Undead is better than all of these.
